Online Store Terms and Conditions

• The online store RX POLSKA S.C., available at www.rx-polska.pl, is operated by RX POLSKA S.C., registered by the President of the City of Warsaw in the business activity register.

• The company headquarters is located in Jawczyce / Warsaw Ursus at Gołąbkowska 7. We are registered under NIP: 118-208-81-58, REGON: 146371683.


Purchase Terms

  1. The RX POLSKA online store sells products via the Internet. Orders are accepted through www.rx-polska.pl and by phone.

  2. All products/services offered in the store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.

  3. All prices listed on the website are gross prices (including VAT). The binding price for both parties is the price displayed next to the product at the time the order is placed by the Customer.

  4. A VAT invoice is issued for every sold product/service.

  5. Ordered goods are delivered via DPD courier service or another courier company. The buyer is charged delivery costs according to the delivery price list.

    Personal collection of ordered goods is also possible.


Payment Methods

  1. The following payment methods are available:

  • Bank transfer – After reserving the ordered goods/services, an email with the bank account number is sent. The order is processed immediately after payment is credited to our account.

  • Cash on delivery – payment in cash upon receiving the parcel from the courier.

  • Cash – payment upon collection at our company headquarters.

  • Card – payment upon collection at our company headquarters.

  • Fast online transfer

  • Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro

  • The payment operator for card transactions is BlueMedia S.A.

Refunds for fast transfers and/or payment cards will be made to the bank account linked to the payment method used.

If a refund is necessary for a transaction made by card, the seller will return the funds to the bank account assigned to the Customer’s payment card.


Order Processing Time

  1. Each product listed at https://rx-polska.pl/ contains information about order processing time:

• Within 24 hours
For orders placed by 1:00 PM on business days, for products available at the time of ordering.

• Within 3 / 5 / 10 business days
The order will be shipped once fully completed, i.e., after receiving missing items.

Delivery time:

  • 1–2 business days for standard parcels sent via DPD (from the moment the courier collects the parcel from our warehouse).

  • 2–4 business days for long parcels or pallet shipments.

Note:

Delivery times apply only to business days (no deliveries on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays).
Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday at the latest and delivered by Wednesday at the latest.

If payment is made by bank transfer, processing time may be extended by one day due to payment registration. For bank transfer or card payments, order processing time starts from the day the seller’s account is credited.

If multiple products are ordered and one has a 5-day shipping time, the entire order will be shipped once complete.


  1. The order is considered fulfilled when the parcel is delivered to the address provided at the time of placing the order.

  2. The store is liable under statutory warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase in case of non-conformity with the contract, in accordance with Article 10 of the Act of July 27, 2002. The customer loses these rights if they do not notify the store within 2 months of discovering the defect.


COMPLAINT OR RETURN (MORE)

  1. In case of non-conformity, the complained product along with a written statement specifying the defect and requested solution should be sent at the customer’s expense to:
    RX POLSKA, ul. Gołąbkowska 7, 05-850 Jawczyce.

The customer may request free repair or replacement unless impossible or excessively costly. If this cannot be fulfilled, the customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

  1. The store will respond within 14 business days. If additional expert analysis is required, this period may be extended.

  2. If the defect is reported within 10 days of purchase, the customer may request expedited replacement (applies only to selected products).

  3. If replacement or repair requires delivery of new goods, delivery costs to the customer are covered by the store.

  4. Right of withdrawal: A consumer who concludes a distance contract may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, except for costs specified in Articles 33, 34(2), and 35.

  5. Warranty and withdrawal rights do not apply in cases of mechanical damage caused externally. The package must be inspected upon delivery. In case of visible damage, do not accept the shipment, prepare a damage report with the courier, and contact the seller immediately.

  6. Information on the RX POLSKA website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The contract is concluded upon written confirmation of receipt of goods by the customer.

  7. The RX POLSKA team makes every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, the store is not responsible for incorrect parameters or sudden changes by the manufacturer. If discrepancies occur, the customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
